Deposits & Cancelation Policy

• A deposit of $100/1 bdrm - $200/2bdrm or $300/3bdrm, is required for each unit reserved, to confirm your reservation. No units will be held more than 2 days without deposit.
  
  
• Deposits go toward the overall cost of your stay.
  
  
• Cancelations are subject to a $50 service charge, unless you plan to reschedule your stay, and wish to leave you deposit active. You may leave your deposit active for up to 1 year with out penalty.
  
  
• Cancelations for reservations made from Aril 1st to Oct 31st are subject to a penalty equal to one nights stay plus a $50 service charge, if cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date.
